Puppy not pooping/peeing, sleepy, and wound pus after spay. Normal?

Hi there, I just adopted a 7 month old puppy and she got spayed Friday. She is eating and drinking properly but hasn’t pooped yet and only peed once this morning at 8am. She’s very sleepy but when awake very active. Normal? I checked her wound there’s some yellow dried pus around the staples. Ok? Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 7 months and 12 days old | 18 lbs

Congrats on your new puppy! Yes, this can be normal. Jolie will have been fasted before the surgery, so I would expert her to poop in the next 24 hours. Thank you for providing a picture of her incision, it looks good to me! I hope this helps.
