11 year old female Siberian Husky recently e percent Ed loss of appetite and de erased energy. She went to vet and had physical exam and blood work. Exam revealed she has a heart murmur. Blood work was normal. The vet suggested she have abdominal and chest X-ray. She is scheduled to have xrays on Wednesday. Since then her appetite and energy levels are better. But today, I noticed blood in her urine. She isn’t in pain. She urinated twice in a short time (20 minutes). Blood in urine both

This sounds like your dog may have a urinary tract infection. You can try to catch some urine tomorrow with a ladle and take the fresh urine (!) to your veterinarian for a urinalysis. Your vet can diagnose a UTI within minutes via the urinalysis. It may be better to get an earlier appointment with the vet (tomorrow) for an exam. as she will need pain medicine and possibly antibiotics from your vet.. It is quite possible that the decreased appetite and energy level is due to a UTI.
