My pit bull left side of his face is swollen. Also left side of his upper throat. What could be the wrong?

It could be Ace has injured his face, is suffering from an allergic reaction, or it could be he has a severe dental problem causing the swelling. The concern with swelling on the face and throat is that it could become so large that it obstructs breathing, leading to respiratory distress. I would take him into a vet immediately to get this checked out. Best of luck.
