My dog got hit in eye with a nurff bullut by my bf what can u do as he will not open it and his pink eye is over his eye. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 9 months old

I would take Scruff into a vet now. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. It's clearly hurting him if he won't open his eye, so please have him see a vet right away. Best of luck.
