My dog threw up after vaccine and dewormer. Should I be concerned?

My dog got her DHPPI vaccone today and deworm it was a bit of a long drive she vomitted but she is active once we got home and have eaten her treat i think she vomitted the deworm tab as well.... should i be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 5 days old | 32 lbs

That could be a normal side effect due to the vaccine and car's trip combined together. I would suggest to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
