Why is my parakeet wheezing and bobbing her tail when breathing?

My parakeet has been wheezing and making a high pitched sound.. only heard when it’s really quiet in the room.. since I bought her from the pet store. She acts normal, but her tail is always bobbing when she breathes. She also stretches out her neck and beak quite often. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Female
