Why is my cat scratching his head raw, losing hair, and bumpy?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 12 lbs

my cat is having a reaction on the left side of his head. he has two bumps on his left ear and he has a small patch of hair missing on the left side of his head. he continuously scratches that side of his head to a point where he bleeds a little. my family and i don’t really know what it is. and it’s been a week that it is there and is getting worse.

I see what you mean. It could be that Bowie has an ear infection, leading him to scratch that side of his head causing the bumps and hair loss. Given that it's becoming worse, he needs to see a vet as soon as possible. The vet can diagnose and treat it. Best of luck.
