My dog is always sleeping and tired for days. Should I be worried?

Bonny is always sleeps he seems tired and where he is not active like before (last 3 days). Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 45 lbs

It possible that Bonnie is sick. You always need to pay attention to a change in behavior. Just like humans, being tired/lethargic can be caused by many things from viruses to pancreatitis.
