Why is my 8-month puppy not eating or drinking and just sleeping?

My 8 month pup has been really fussy with food I’ve changed it 3 times he will eat it if spoon fed but today he won’t eat or drink anything including his favourite treats he’s just sleeping. Pet's info: Dog | Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog | Male | 68 lbs

If he is refusing to eat and is only sleeping, this is worrisome behavior in a puppy.
