My spayed dog has a nipple lump and clear fluid. Is a vet needed soon?

My 3.5 year old spayed shih tzu has clear fluid leak from one teat, not a lot. Just a drop or 2 when pressure is applied. There seems to be a small lump by the teat. It is a little smaller than a pea. Free moving and squishy. No pain. Still eating, drinking and behaving normally. I'm wondering if I need to take her in ASAP? I'm planning a teeth cleaning for the end of February but don't want to wait if she needs to be in sooner. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 13.4 lbs

It's not an emergency to rush Charlotte into the vet asap because she's otherwise acting normally, but I would have her seen by a vet sooner than the end of February. I'd take her in over the next week. I hope this helps!
