Poor pup!!! Pooping blood is always a concern and she needs to see a veterinarian as it means there is a compromise of the colon wall. Causes for blood in the stool can be many things from parasites to pancreatitis. Your doctor will decide appropriate diagnostics and treatment after a physical exam and thorough history. The flea dirt indicates that she has fleas. Flea dirt is just flea feces and it is commonly found on the back end of pets. I recommend to use a good flea product such as Simparica or Comforts. You will need to treat all the animals in the house for a solid 6 months to get through the whole flea life cycle. The flea dirt will wash off with a routine bath. Go ahead and switch her to a bland diet of 25% boiled white meat chicken and 75% plain boiled white rice. Do not feed her anything else. This will allow her gut to rest. I hope she starts feeling better quickly. I hope this helps to point you in the right direction. Please feel free to post any additional questions!
