Dog with severe abdominal pain keeps walking. Is this an emergency?

My dog is having a severe abdominal pain ...and she keeps walking due to the unbearable pain...I thought it was gastritis and I gave her a med too.....I

This sounds like a medical emergency so I would have Deena seen by a veterinarian ASAP. There are several things that could be going on but sever abdominal pain is not something you will want to wait on. I hope this helps and he starts to feel better really soon!

    Poor Izzy! Intense abdominal pain like this is very concerning, so I would recommend taking her to an emergency clinic today to be seen. Some possible causes of abdominal pain might include pancreatitis, GDV (gastric dilatation and volvulus, or “bloat”), or an intestinal blockage. The veterinarian at the ER can do x-rays or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what kind of treatment is needed.
