My cat's eye is cloudy with speckles and watery discharge. Help!

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my cat's eye. He is 2 years old and has watery discharge from his eye. His eye suddenly became cloudy with speckles in it overnight. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 lbs

This lesion in the anterior chamber of the eye, which could be possibly due to a lens luxation, or presence of pus or severe inflammation. A trauma of the cornea, possibly a penetrating one could be possible and needs to be ruled out.
