Why does my dog suddenly lose movement and tremble after waking?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 5 years old | 18 lbs

My 6 year pomerian dog was sleeping and when he suddenly got up he was unable to move his body, after a few second we diverted his mind and he started to walk again though trembling for a another minute. Same thing happened with him earlier also. I dont know the reason please help.

That sounds concerning for something like a seizure or a cardiac arrhythmia. Both would cause Romy to lose control of his body and then still be off for a few minutes afterwards. I recommend to make an appointment to have him checked. The doctor will need to run bloodwork and an EKG to look for potential causes. Once you have a better idea of whats going on, the doctor will talk with you about next steps. I hope this helps to point you in the right direction.
