The amount of actual cocoa in this type of candy is very small, and won't cause a problem. It is possible (though not likely) that she may develop gastroenteritis, or even possibly pancreatitis, just due to the amount of sugar and fat; but NOT from the chocolate. If she starts vomiting or develops watery, volumous diarrhea or becomes lethargic, take her to the vet. If she has some mild diarrhea, feed her a bland diet of chicken and rice and give her 24-48 hours to improve. thanks for asking Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
