My dog may have a bloated stomach but I don't have the money for a vet what do I do

If Ariel is bloated, this is a medical emergency as bloat is fatal without treatment. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants. No, an anal rupture will not clear up on it's own, this has to be treated by a vet as soon as possible. I would see if you can borrow money from family and friends to afford the vet, and I can give you some resources that may help. Some vet clinics will allow payment plans, but it is an individual policy. You will have to speak to a local vet clinic to see if they allow this. No, there is no OTC medication you can give for this. An abscess is very painful to a cat, and I'm not sure why you can't take Felix to a vet. It's not fair to her to leave her without veterinary care, and you need to take her into one now.
