My senior dog breathes noisily after eating and laying. Is it serious?

My dog who is 10 years old recently starting breathing a little noisily only after eating and when she lays down. The last two days I’ve taken her for a little walk and mixed in some jogging and she had no labored breathing after that. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 50 lbs

Hopefully it's nothing but anytime you notice a change in the breathing character, you should pay attention. I advise to make an appointment with your veterinarian who will listen to her heart and lungs as well as check her throat for any abnormalities.
