My parrot has yellow sticky stuff in its beak after eating. Normal?

Hello, as long as i can remember after eating my parrot will kinda bite his toes and have this yellow thick sticky stuff that shows inside his beak, above the tounge, & does this for 30mins every time, is this normal? or should i take him to a vet?

I recommend taking Charlie to an avian vet. This not typical behavior and the discharge you describe in his mouth is not normal. If you do not have an avian vet, this site may help you find one. https://www.aav.org/search/custom.asp?id=1803
