My housebroken dog suddenly poops inside at night. What's wrong?

Foxy has been waking up in the middle of the night aprox 1AM and moving her bowels on the living room carpet I had just gotten her house broken however she has been having her stool on the carpet what can i do to stop this behavior?? Thank you very much for your. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 11 lbs

If Foxy is housebroken, her going to the bathroom inside could be a sign she is sick. She may have diarrhea, causing her to have to go more than usual. I'd take her into the vet today to get checked out. Best of luck.
