Dog's chronic nose/eye fungus & leg lumps not responding to treatment?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 12 years old | 33 lbs

Hi this dog has Chronic mycosis on nose and eyes despite getting topical cream and has some lumps on her legs. Any recommendations?

Poor baby! I would have the area on the nose cultured to ensure there isn’t a resistant infection involved. Also if the vet thinks it is truly fungal then he probably needs to be on anti- fungal meds orally. If all of this has been done then you may want to consider seeing a dermatologist or having these areas biopsies and sent to the pathologist for further testing. I hope this helps to guide you in Wendy’s treatment.
