Dog's chronic nose/eye fungus & leg lumps not responding to treatment?

Hi this dog has Chronic mycosis on nose and eyes despite getting topical cream and has some lumps on her legs. Any recommendations? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 12 years old | 33 lbs

Poor baby! I would have the area on the nose cultured to ensure there isn’t a resistant infection involved. Also if the vet thinks it is truly fungal then he probably needs to be on anti- fungal meds orally. If all of this has been done then you may want to consider seeing a dermatologist or having these areas biopsies and sent to the pathologist for further testing.
