My dog's in heat, not eating. Is it safe to give her dewormer?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 years and 4 months old | 13.222 lbs

Almost 3year age. Bitch, culture. She is jot eating properly from 3 days. She also is on her periods right now. She just drink milk. Today is the deworming date . Should i give her deworming tablet in this situation ? Is this the problem of not doing deworming ? ..she is playful,she runs,she barks,..

Many female dogs will lose their appetite while in heat (on their period), which can last up to 3 weeks and generally occurs every 6 months if they are not spayed. If she is still playful, runs and barks, and does not have any diarrhea/is not vomiting, I would give her the heartworm pill on schedule. Best of luck! And keep her away from males if you are not looking to have puppies in 2 months!
