How to give my dog pain meds after eye surgery if she won't eat?

My dog had surgery on her right eye socket 10hrs ago (surgery ended at 3pm). She lost her eye due to injury 2 yrs ago and has experienced discharge ever since. Today was the 2nd surgery to try and remedy that by removing remaining ocular/lacrimal tissue. She is obviously in pain (intermittent whimpering), but I don’t know how to administer her Tramadol because she won’t eat/drink yet (I’ve tried all her favs). I can’t be forceful because one side of her face is very swollen. Any suggestions? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 8 years old | 11.4 lbs

Hi, I would recommend to go back to your vet and ask for a liquid pain relief that can perhaps be administered from the other side of Nezumi’s mouth. Tramadol is very bitter and I don’t think Nexumi will eat it in her food even if she had an appetite. Hope this helps !
