Is there a special diet for my dog's uterine infection or pyometra?

What diet should an dog with uterine infection should follow? What are the safe vegetables and fruits?

In all honesty, a diet isn't going to make a difference to a pyometra (uterine infection). The best way to treat that is to have Lucky spayed, and I would recommend doing that right away. At the very least, she should be on antibiotics. If she is being treated by a vet, you can just feed her normal diet. Best of luck.
