My puppy hit her nose on the corner of my washer and it caused her to cut part of her lip. Like under her nose to the left the lip is unattached to where it should be . Should I be extremely worried ? She keeps licking it which makes me feel like it won’t stuck back and heal right .

This is a quite deep and serious wound and would require a stitch up to heal. An immediate check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory/and pain relief medications. Unfortunately persistent licking will cause infection in the long term. A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to speed up healing process and avoid possible infection. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths (apply it and then rinse it carefully). Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any scratching.
