My 6-week puppy got flea shampoo. Should I worry after quick rinse?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 17 days old | 1.8 lbs

I accidently used Adams flea and tick shampoo on my 6 1/2 week old puppy. Husband happened to read the back of bottle right after putting on puppy, immediately rinsed it off. Should I be worried? I didnt let the shampoo sit, I rinsed very well! After it took the puppy a while to calm down and relax, its second real bath.

I would monitor Mufasa for now and if he begins to tremble, shake, twitch or have seizures, take him to the veterinarian immediately. You did the right thing by rinsing him off immediately. If you were able to rinse off the shampoo right away, there should be no side effects. I hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any other questions or concerns that you may have.
