My cat has URI, but is panting and drooling. Is it an emergency?

I have a cat toby who came to the hime with URI and got another cat marble, sick but hes panting and drooling no vet nearby. Will this pass by? Is it normal for URI. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 26 days old
