Why isn't my dog eating/drinking after surgery? Are her meds making her sick?

Hi Sadie went in for surgery for her acl on Friday. After surgery she ate a little. And she is not drinking waterMy question is how long does it take for them to eat and drink . We had to take her back in to the vet and she was a bit dehydrated so they gave her fluids again. And some shots for pain.we were sent home with prescription drug she is on Gabapentin 300mg. , rimadyl. Oxycodone. And she is on thyroid meds. Can any of these medication make her feel sick? Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | spayed | 5 years and 3 months old

Narcotics such as oxycodon can really slow down the GI tract causing inappetance. Carprofen can cause irritation to the GI tract causing inappetance as well. I would recommend calling your veterinarian for their advice as well, but in this situation I would typically stop the ocycodon first and if not improving then I would stop the carprofen.
