It has been 44 days since my dog was mated but I still am not sure if she’s pregnant. She hasn’t gained any weight and her belly isn’t big yet. What should I expect to be noticing at this stage? Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 2 months old

Basically at this stage you should see weight gain, increased appetite and her nipples should begin to get larger at this point. if you do not see any of those it is very likely that she is not pregnant.
