My dog has raspberry jam stool. Should I rush to the ER vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

My dog has rasberry jam like stool I don't know if I need to rush her to Emergency Vet. She isn't dehydrated or not feeling bad in all the time because she playful. She has all here shots and got in some cat food.

At her size it is best if she goes to the ER vet. When they have that much blood in trbstool it does not take long before they are weak and lethargic due to dehydration. Their body will start to go into conservation mode and decrease their body temperature. Typically it requ tea IV fluids to treat with hospitalization. The sooner she gets treatment the safer and better
