Why is my 3-month puppy throwing up yellow foam with a hard tummy?

My puppy is throwing up foamy yellow like mucus has a hard tummy and is just miserable he is 3 months old had his 3 set of puppy shots laat tuesday and has not been anywhere but our home since then. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 1 day old | 5 lbs

If Oreo is continually vomiting I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian. Puppies can get sick and decline quickly. This may not be a virus but it can be something he ate. The veterinarian will be able to provide nutritional support and rehydrate Oreo. They can also give medication to stop him from vomiting.
