My dog's lump is bleeding. How to stop it and clean it without a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

My dog has a lump on her front left shoulder. She has had it there for a while and it hasn't caused her any discomfort. It would increase and decrease in size. Today it started to bleed and we don't have any vets here where I live. I was wondering how to stop the bleeding and keep it clean.

Clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and put pressure on it with a cloth or towel until the bleeding stops. Once there is a scab leave it alone since if you clean off the scab it will bleed again. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Misty.
