My dog has diarrhea, vomiting, and no appetite. Is he poisoned?

Today, my dog was wet, but outside is cold, and he have diarrhea and he is vomiting, he lost his appetite and he is moving, but slowly, one time he was running around house, please help me about it, is he poisoned or? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male

It is possible that Zuca is dealing with a systemic illness / infection, dietary indiscretion or GI disease. It is possible that he ingested something that is toxic as well. With these symptoms, I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would have his blood tested and x-rays taken of his abdomen to start. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
