Can my 6-week Golden Retriever puppy sleep in an AC room safely?

My golden retriever pup is nearly 6 weeks old, I don’t know his exact age. Can he sleep in an air conditioned room? If yes, what should be the temptature? And does he need blankets? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 24 days old | 6 lbs

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. At approximately 6 weeks of age, a larger breed puppy such as a Golden Retriever, should be able to thermoregulate normally. You only have to worry about the ambient temperature of a room when talking about newborn puppies up to 4 weeks of age. Austin should be just fine at whatever temperature you have for yourselves and blankets should not be needed. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
