Which finger toothbrush is best for my Jack Russell Terrier?

Hi Lynanne, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Great question! Cute dogs! I think this is personal preference. Personally I think the bristle would be best. If heavy tartar is not present then any of them should do the trick as a preventive measure. Hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to post again. Best wishes!
