My dog has what appears to be a busted blood vessel on the outside of his penis where his fur is. What should I do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 1 month old | 59 lbs

Unless it is actually bleeding (dripping blood), there is nothing you need to do. The body will repair this in time.
