Aggressive mother dog killed puppy. Should she be with her litter?

hello our dog has in the past killed another dog, she has just had a litter of puppies 5 days ago the puppies were perfect healthshe has producing enough milk but out of the blow she attacked on of them so we took him away for a little to let her calm down and hour later we tryed to return him she was fine until he started to make sounds than she lashed out and attacked again and killed him. im wondering if i should keep her away from other puppies or not? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed

It is best to keep the puppies away at this point so she does not keep doing that. You can start to bottle feed or lay her down and let them nurse under your direct supervision then take them away when they are done so she can’t hurt them
