My 1-month-old puppies are weak and constipated. What to do?

I have 3 1 month old puppies 2 of them are constipated is there a problem with their mother’s milk? if so how could i tell? plus the 2 puppies are VERY weak what should I do? P.S I already went to their vet and they just gave us multivitamins, vitamin c and dextrose powder. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 month old

I don’t believe that this can be caused by the mothers milk. However, it could possibly be caused by GI parasites. You did not say if the puppies had been dewormed by the veterinarian. If not, you should speak to your veterinarian about obtaining deworming medications for the puppies and possibly also for the mom.
