Dog's stomach distended after coccidia and bowel obstruction?

My dog ya a distended stomach right now. Tested positive for coccidia and had a bowel obstruction a week ago

The bowel looks large and distended indeed, you need to take him back to your vet ASAP in order to get it checked, it might be because of the infection or possibly due to a complication from the surgery.
