Dog ate bone, throwing up, foaming at mouth. Is this an emergency?

My friends dogs is acting a little funny . She’s a 8 year old Yorkie. She might have gotten a bone . She try’s to eat and throws up and foams at the mouth

If Tiny did eat a bone, there is a potential that the bone is causing an obstruction leading her to throw up and foam at the mouth from nausea. Because you are suspicious she may have eaten a bone and the potential seriousness of that, I would have your friend take her into a vet right away for evaluation. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck!
