My kitten is raspy, drooling, and sleepy after spay. Should I worry?

My kitten got spayed 4 days ago. Her meow is very raspy and she will only eat puréed food and has been drooling a little while she naps. She is sleepy but can easily be woken up. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 23 days old | 4 lbs

It sounds like possible side effects due to the anesthesia, the raspy voice and the fact she is eating pureed food might be because of the intubation done during anesthesia. the sleepiness might be because of the pain killers if she is taking any. if she is the same on Monday you should take her back to your vet just to make sure everything is fine.
