Is vaccine for kennel cough highly recommended?

The intranasal form has the fastest onset of protection. It is not considered a core vaccine, but more a lifestyle vaccine. If your dog will be boarded or kenneled for any reason it is highly recommended. If he will go to the groomers or be around new dogs at a dog park or anything, or you take him places with you, then i would get it to protect him. If he is not exposed to those things and just stays at home, then it is not needed
