My dog eats poop and has worms. Is it harmful? When to deworm?

When shiro doing potty sometimes he ate this is it harmful for his health?i give him 4th march 2018 drontal plus half tablet .next when i give him again?he has worm too much.when he ate raw carrot we notice worm pass out from his potty.can i give him raw carrot even though he has worming problem

Eating poop is common in dogs but it should be avoided as much as possible as it can be harmful, you should try and prevent him from doing so. next deworming should be beginning of June. carrots have nothing to do with worms, you can give him carrots if you want it will not affect his worming problem whatsoever.
