Why is my cat crying and howling at reflections after travel?

We went out of town for a few days and now the 1 year old cat cries and howls at her reflection in mirrors , windows etc. Why and what will help it to stop?! Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 7.5 lbs

Poor Stella. It sounds like she is suffering from a bit of anxiety since y'all left. I would try adding some feliway diffusers through the house. These are cat pheromones to help calm them but unfortunately, doesn't work on every one. I would also try some calming chews called vetriscience composure. If these don't help, I would talk to your vet about an anti-anxiety medicine to see if that helps. I guess if all else fails, you can remove any mirrors that she can easily access. I hope this helps!
