Why is my 12-year-old cat weak, not eating, and has bad breath?

My cat wouldn't want to eat Nor drink. Hes very weak. And always lie down after 3-4 steps. His breath smells bad too. :( he didnt poop that much. He is 12 years old. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | neutered

He could be suffering from diabetes, kidney failure, liver failure, heart disease, or even cancer among others causing his symptoms. Being this weak as well as not eating and drinking requires an immediate vet visit. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
