How to stop my dog from jumping on the TV, especially at 4 years old?

How can i keep my dog from jumping on the tv. This is a habit that just started about 6 months ago. He is 4yrs old. I have tried spraying him with water but it does not work. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 10 months old | 92 lbs
