Why is my cat sleeping, not eating, hacking, and has a muffled meow?

Hello please help I have a male cat that has been sleeping all day he is usually very active he eats very littlebut he usually loves to eat alot and he will start to hack up like a hair ball but nothing comes up his meow is muffled some times he cant meow at all please help. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 2 years old

I feel panic in your message and in a situation such as this my strongest recommendation for your is to visit your local veterinary clinic or urgent care clinic to be sure Diesel is OK.
