Is my 3-year-old dog graying early with white hairs on her face?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 50 lbs

I know that puppies can change coat colors over the first year or so, but Bree is almost 3 and she is staring to get white hairs on her face. She has one whit whisker on her cheek and several white hairs above her eyes. Attached are puppy pic, current pic, and white hair pic. Is she just graying early?

Yes, she does appear to be going grey! Although pictures can be deceiving i do not see any areas of inflammation or depigmentation (pink spots) which can be an indication of skin issues but more a widespread lightening/greying
