My puppy has parvo, but no blood. Is the faint test line accurate?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | 1 month and 23 days old | 8.8 lbs

Sorry for asking alot questions . My vet recommended my puppy for hospitalization because of parvo virus . i searched in google abou parvo virus . I noticed parvo virus symptoms are bloody diarrhea and vomit . My puppy has no blood in vomit and also no blood in diarrhea . And the test result indicator is showing a sight line of pink , i heard normally two lines appear on the test . But in this case one is slightly appear . is it possbile my vet is treating wrong case ?

Even if the second bar appears slightly, it is an indication that the test is positive and your puppy probably has parvo. blood in the diarrhea doesn't always occur and in many cases it does not appear in the first few days of the disease.
