My anxious cat had CBD oil with spearmint. Should I be worried?

I recently got my kitty. He's 5 years old and has been very anxious. Me and my mom take cbd oil and I decided to administer some to him after reading it helps with anxiety. I didn't realize until after that it's mixed with spearmint and I read online that mint isn't good for cats. I think he's okay but I just want to make sure. I only have him about 3 drops. Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered

Hello. You do not have anything to worry about after giving Gizmo 3 drops. This is a very small amount. But I would not give him anymore since we also do not know truly how cats respond to CBD oil. For anxiety, I would first invest in a couple of Feliway room diffusers that emit a compound called a pheromone. This has shown to calm kitties & help them adjust to new situations.
