Why is my teacup Chihuahua coughing with weird throat noises?

not sure if she is choking or not but making this weird noise like something is dislodged in her throat. She is a tea cup Chihuahua so I am afraid of something being stuck and she dies. she is breathing find and stays calm the whole time. When she cough there is spit coming up but I don't see an object. Tried to do the him-leach remover and nothing came out. this started last night. i don't think there was anything in sight from her to choke on other than her food. She also had a bath prior. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 2 months and 21 days old | 8 lbs

Hello. If she is breathing normally then she will not die. If she can eat & drink normally, there is nothing lodged in her throat. She may have an upper respiratory infection, or possibly even tracheobronchitis, an infection or the upper airway. With a puppy this young, it is always preferable that you have an examination done by your veterinarian as soon as possible. These tiny puppies are pretty fragile & you do not want things to get worse if there is something going on.
